About Me

DrRic: When I was offered a chance to change around the mood-prescription-dominant Advocate practice in Bartlett, an old patient from the 90’s (Debbie) came to see me. After following some initial lifestyle-change designs, she was able to impact weight, energy and blood test results! We were so happy that I asked for her autograph to a dry erase board I hung to cover and old xray light box. Since her success, I have asked my lifestyle change “Warriors” to autograph “summit boards” (check out Testimonials on Herbal411.com). These are their stories of triumph!
